This help includes Installations, Networking, Tutoring/Training, Tune-ups, Troubleshooting, Remote Support and computer advice.

Providing these tasks and more (just ask):

• Tune-up Optimization for Computer Running at Peak Performance

• On-site Maintenance and Support for Computer Systems

• Windows Operating System Patch Installations and Updates

• Windows Operating System Upgrades to Newer Releases

• Windows Operating System Repair and/or Re-installation

• Installation of the Latest Anti-Virus and Malware Software

• Virus, Spyware, Trojan, Worm and Adware Identification and Removal

• Ongoing Consultation and Assistance with future Computer Issues

• Remote Assistance into Computer and Phone Support as Needed

• Computer Software Recommendations and Software Training

• Computer Hardware Recommendations, Upgrades and/or Replacement

• Memory (RAM) Upgrades and/or Replacement

• Cloud Storage Solutions and Backups

• Data Backup, Data Recovery, and Data Transfer Assistance

• Hard Drive (DISK) Upgrades and/or Replacement

• Network Setup and/or Troubleshooting Assistance

For installations, troubleshooting, networking, virus removal and one-on-one training the cost is just $40 for the first hour or less.

Then $20 for each additional hour but pro-rated to the nearest 15 minutes (that’s $5 for each additional 15 minutes after the first hour).
